2. Nature of Service
Prodonto™ is a patient acquisition and lead generation platform that connects patients with verified dental clinics. The platform provides high-intent patient leads, operates on a pay-per-lead plus performance model, requires no upfront cost for onboarding, and expects clinics to respond and treat patients professionally.
3. Lead-Based Pricing
Lead pricing is based on patient intent and treatment category. Consultation / general inquiry or check-up is charged at ₹100. Basic treatments such as cleaning, fillings, and extraction are charged at ₹200. Advanced treatments such as RCT, dentures, and surgical cases are charged at ₹300. Cosmetic or high value treatments such as implants, aligners, and veneers are charged at ₹400 to ₹500. An additional 18% GST applies on all invoices.
4. Valid Lead Criteria
A lead is considered valid and chargeable if the patient shows genuine treatment intent through a call, form, or booking; correct contact details are shared with the clinic; the patient is reachable or responds at least once; and the inquiry matches a dental treatment category. A lead will not be considered invalid if the patient does not visit, delays treatment, chooses another clinic, or compares multiple clinics. Invalid claims without valid reason may be rejected by Prodonto™.
5. Treatment Value-Based Charges (Post-Conversion)
If a patient proceeds with treatment, the clinic agrees to pay based on the treatment value slab. ₹0 to ₹5,000 is charged at ₹300. ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 is charged at ₹500. ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 is charged at ₹1,000. ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 is charged at ₹2,000. ₹51,000 to ₹80,000 is charged at ₹3,000. ₹81,000 to ₹1,00,000 is charged at ₹4,000. ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,50,000 is charged at ₹6,000. ₹1,50,000 to ₹2,00,000 is charged at ₹8,000. ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,00,000 is charged at ₹12,000. ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 is charged at ₹15,000. ₹4,00,000 to ₹5,00,000+ is charged at ₹20,000+. An additional 18% GST applies on all invoices.
6. Conversion Reporting & Proof Submission
The clinic must report every converted lead and submit proof. Accepted proofs include treatment invoice or bill copy, payment receipt (partial or full), prescription or treatment record, before-after clinical images if applicable, and any verifiable treatment confirmation. Proof must be submitted within 24 hours of treatment confirmation. The full treatment value must be declared even if paid in parts. Prodonto™ reserves the right to verify with the patient. Non-reporting, under-reporting, or hiding treatments will be treated as fraud and may lead to a minimum fine of ₹5,000 or 3x applicable charges and immediate blacklisting.
7. Payment Terms
Billing is generated immediately after lead delivery and conversion updates. Payment must be made within a few hours, with same day payment mandatory. Payment modes include UPI, bank transfer, and payment gateway. An additional 18% GST applies on all payments.
8. No Upfront Cost Policy
There is zero joining fee and zero deposit. Clinics pay only for leads received and treatments converted. The model is fully performance based.
9. Tracking & Verification
Prodonto™ may monitor call interactions, WhatsApp conversations, booking confirmations, and patient feedback to ensure transparency, fair billing, and fraud prevention.
10. Anti-Circumvention Policy
The clinic agrees not to bypass Prodonto™, not to deal with patients outside the platform to avoid charges, and not to mislead patients about the lead source. Violation may lead to a ₹10,000+ penalty or 3x dues and permanent blacklisting.
11. Non-Payment Policy
Leads will be paused immediately if payment is not made. Account access may be restricted, legal recovery actions may be initiated, and repeated violations may lead to permanent removal from Prodonto™.
12. Clinic Responsibilities
Clinics must respond within 15 to 30 minutes, maintain professional and ethical conduct, provide transparent and fair pricing, and ensure positive patient experience.
13. Prodonto™ Responsibilities
Prodonto™ will provide genuine, high-intent leads, maintain platform transparency, and support clinic growth and visibility.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days notice. All outstanding dues must be cleared before or at the time of termination.
15. Confidentiality
The clinic agrees not to disclose lead data, pricing model, or platform processes.
16. Modifications
Prodonto™ reserves the right to update pricing and modify policies with prior notice.
17. Acceptance
By signing below, the clinic agrees to all terms. Clinic Name, Doctor Name, Signature, and Date fields apply at acceptance.
