1. Patient Safety First

Prodonto connects patients with verified and qualified dentists, but it does not replace clinical judgment or emergency care.
Always consult a licensed dentist before making treatment decisions.
Do not rely solely on online information for diagnosis.
Share your complete and accurate medical history with your dentist.

2. Verified Dentist Network

We use strict onboarding checks to verify degrees, licenses, registrations, and clinic authenticity.
Dentists are periodically re-verified and monitored for performance.
Fake credentials or misrepresentation have zero tolerance and may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

3. Transparent Communication

Dentists should clearly explain treatment plans, risks, expected outcomes, and costs.
Patients should ask questions and understand procedures before proceeding.
Hidden charges and misleading claims are not allowed.
Written consent is recommended for major procedures.

4. No Price Manipulation or Undercutting

Dentists should quote fair and standardized pricing that reflects the quality of care.
Extreme underpricing to attract patients is discouraged.
Patients should not choose only on price, because quality and expertise matter.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Personal and medical data is handled with strict confidentiality and secure storage.
Information is shared only with relevant dental professionals involved in care.
Prodonto does not sell or misuse user data.
Users can request data deletion at any time.

6. Safe Payments & Financial Transparency

All payments must go through secure, authorized channels.
Patients should review EMI or BNPL terms carefully before agreeing.
Clinics must not pressure patients into off-platform payments.
Report suspicious financial behavior immediately.

7. Ethical Dental Practices

Prodonto promotes patient-first dentistry with no unnecessary treatment or over-treatment.
False guarantees and unrealistic promises are not acceptable.
Approved materials, standard protocols, hygiene, and sterilization are required.

8. Ratings, Reviews & Accountability

Only verified patients can leave reviews.
Fake reviews or manipulation can lead to penalties.
High-performing dentists may receive visibility badges, while consistent poor performance can reduce visibility or lead to removal.

9. Fraud Prevention & Misuse Policy

Fake bookings, spam, or platform misuse can lead to account suspension.
Identity fraud or impersonation may result in a permanent ban and legal action.
Dentists who bypass platform policies risk losing access and ranking.

For urgent conditions such as accidents, infections, or severe swelling, go to the nearest hospital or dental clinic immediately.
Do not delay treatment while waiting for an online consultation.

11. Reporting & Support

Report unsafe practices, fraud, or misconduct as soon as possible.
A dedicated support team reviews reports and helps resolve issues quickly.
Strict action is taken against violations to protect patients and dentists.

12. Platform Responsibility Disclaimer

Prodonto acts as a facilitator between patients and dentists.
Final diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the treating dentist.
We continuously improve quality, but we cannot guarantee individual treatment results.
